Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, work with stakeholders, and drive improvements across finance, HR, procurement, and IT integrations.

You’ll lead upgrades, manage data quality, and help shape the technology roadmap while collaborating with external partners and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.
• Experience with workflows, roles, permissions, forms and saved searches.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projects.
• Commercial mindset with an eye for process improvement and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Work with third-party applications and integration partners.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
