Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is recruiting for a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and connected business applications for a nationwide business.

You will provide hands-on 2nd/3rd line support, configure workflows and saved searches, manage integrations and upgrades, and collaborate with Finance, HR and IT to shape the technology roadmap. You’ll drive process improvements and document solutions while training users.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.
• Experience with workflows, roles, permissions, forms and saved searches.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projects.
• Commercial mindset with an eye for process improvement and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Work with third‑party applications and integration partners.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
