Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a NetSuite Admin for a growing nationwide client in the United Kingdom. The role hands-on ownership of NetSuite and connected business applications, partnering with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive system improvements.

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support, lead upgrades and integrations, and work with Finance, HR, IT and external partners to shape the technology roadmap while ensuring robust data governance and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience with platform ownership.
• Experience supporting NetSuite environments and integrations.
• Ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Work with third-party applications and integration partners.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
