Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking a NetSuite Administrator who will own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. You will work hands-on with NetSuite, partner with Finance, HR and IT, and drive improvements across workflows and data quality.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, manage upgrades, and help shape the technology roadmap to scale with the business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience with understanding of core finance processes.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Ability to work with integrations and APIs and manage data flows.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support users across Finance, HR and Procurement and document processes.
• Contribute to NetSuite roadmap and architecture with stakeholders.
