Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD are partnering with a nationwide client to appoint a NetSuite Admin who will own the NetSuite platform and related business applications.

You will work hands-on with NetSuite, collaborating with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to drive improvements, governance and data quality. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to shape the technology roadmap as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Understanding of core finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and connected applications.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line NetSuite support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
