Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD's client is seeking a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. This hands-on role involves working with stakeholders to improve systems and processes, and to drive the ongoing development and optimisation of the NetSuite platform.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected apps, configure workflows, troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades and data flows, and contribute to the technology roadmap with a focus on

Qualifications

Hands-on NetSuite administration and optimisation.
Experience configuring workflows, saved searches, roles and permissions.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management.
Ability to deliver process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
Provide user guidance and training where required.
Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
