A Day in Your Neighbourhood
  • Build the vibe: Forge partnerships with local businesses, artists, DJs, musicians, makers, and influencers to activate our event spaces and bring the community inside.
  • Curate experiences: Organise in-house pop‑ups, live music, art installations, markets, and collaborations that excite locals and guests alike.
  • Drive connection and traffic: Work with the Sales, Marketing and Events teams to create activations that increase footfall, grow awareness, and build long‑term local loyalty.
  • Be social IRL and online: Collaborate on content ideas, support social media planning, and help spotlight the people and partners that make our neighbourhood unique.
  • Champion the brand: Represent the hotel in the community, at networking events, with local councils and cultural institutions, always positioning Hotel Indigo as a creative and inclusive hub.
  • Own the local lens: Keep up with what’s happening across Shepherd’s Bush and West London, from festivals and gigs to launches and exhibitions, and connect us to the right opportunities.
What’s Your Story?

You’re a connector at heart. You know what makes a place tick and you know how to bring people together. You’re equal parts creative and commercial, and you love the hustle of making things happen. You’ll thrive in this Neighbourhood Relations Executive role if you have:

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: partnerships, events, marketing, social media, business development, PR or customer experience
  • A passion for the creative scene: music, fashion, art, food
  • A great book of contacts (or the hustle to build one fast!)
  • Outstanding communication skills and a natural flair for building relationships
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative mind‑set, you get stuff done and love variety in your day
  • Confidence in working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and operational teams
