Job summary

This hybrid role involves co-ordinating contract write-ups for a new project stage, liaising with project managers, forecasting monthly spend, and leading workshops. Qualifications

• Understand and implement the NEC4 Contract regulations.
• Coordinate effectively to align with project objectives.
• Manage and lead meetings/workshops related to risk and programme.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and write the contract for the new 3rd Stream.
• Attend and lead workshops and meetings.
• Work with contractors on the ECI phase.
