Job summary

A regional conservation charity in Leigh on Sea is seeking a Centre Assistant on a fixed term contract until the end of March 2026. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage retail and food areas, and maintain the visitor centre. This part-time position involves 22.5 hours a week on a rota basis. A friendly disposition and commitment to engaging with visitors are essential. Starting salary is £14,285.70 per annum, pro-rata from £23,809.50 FTE.
