What the day will look like
  • Drive Account Growth and Compliance – Plan and oversee account servicing and growth strategies, monitor profitability, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Lead Business Development Initiatives – Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify new opportunities, contribute to tenders, and support Aon's overall revenue growth and client retention.
  • Strengthen Client Relationships – Build strategic partnerships with clients, implement retention strategies, and proactively engage on risk management and other Aon solutions.
  • Champion Marketing and Brand Presence – Participate in marketing activities, public speaking, and industry events to enhance Aon's profile within the business community.
  • Foster Team Culture and Development – Work with leadership to promote a growth mindset, encourage innovation, and maintain a positive, customer-focused team environment.
  • Collaborate Across Stakeholders – Maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, wider Aon colleagues, and insurers to deliver seamless service and growth outcomes.
