Job summary

Huntress is seeking an Internal Sales Support Executive for a Witham-based client to support the national sales team and deliver excellent service to existing and prospective customers. You will develop opportunities, manage CRM data, and maintain relationships with clients while ensuring timely, high-quality service.

Key duties include handling sales administration, providing quotes and literature, and collaborating with Operations and the Head of Sales for reports and meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication via phone and email.
• Experience in sales administration.
• Ability to meet KPI targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business leads for Regional Sales Managers.
• Manage data in HubSpot CRM for customers, contacts and deals.
• Engage with new and lapsed accounts to re-engage.
• Coordinate with Operations on fleet data and lead times.
• Provide reports to Head of Sales for weekly/monthly meetings.
• Support new customer account setups administratively.
• Represent the team at trade shows when required.
• Supply datasheets, literature and quotes from inquiries.
