Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Maidenhead on a temporary contract. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and regular travel to regional sites, supporting the national marketing function.

You will assist CRM and digital marketing, content creation, campaign coordination and admin tasks, helping optimise customer journeys and ensure brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing, communications, digital or administrative position.
• Excellent written English, with strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce clear, engaging content.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Confidence working with systems, data and digital platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Digital Marketing: Supporting CRM, email marketing, SMS and customer engagement platforms.
• Campaign Coordination: Creating email templates and checking regional campaigns for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Content & Communications: Writing and proofreading marketing materials, customer communications and digital content.
• Customer Journeys: Helping to set up and test automated campaigns and customer journeys.
• Website & Systems: Carrying out website and system testing, identifying issues and coordinating fixes.
• Digital Content: Supporting customer communications, corporate video channels and online content.
• Marketing Resources: Maintaining guidance documents, marketing resources and intranet content.
• Team Support: Providing general administrative assistance, including invoice coding and project coordination.
