Huntress - Bracknell Maidenhead is seeking a Group Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a temporary contract to support its national marketing function. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will assist across CRM, campaigns, content and digital activities while gaining exposure to CRM systems and customer engagement platforms.

This role offers a varied marketing support experience with 2 days per week in the office and regular travel to regional sites, enhancing both written and digital

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, digital or admin.
• Excellent written English, with copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, engaging content.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Confidence working with systems, data and digital platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Support CRM, email marketing, SMS and engagement platforms.
• Create email templates and check regional campaigns for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Write and proof marketing materials, customer communications and digital content.
• Help set up and test automated campaigns and customer journeys.
• Carry out website and system testing, identify issues and coordinate fixes.
• Support customer communications, corporate video channels and online content.
• Maintain guidance documents, marketing resources and intranet content.
• Provide general administrative assistance, including invoice coding and project coordination.
