Job summary

Churchill Services in the UK is seeking a National Operations Manager for the Chequers division, overseeing cleaning operations across a portfolio of regional contracts. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead and motivate Managers while driving performance, service excellence, and regional objectives.

You will be the healthcare sector specialist, managing client engagement, identifying improvements, and mobilising new business wins across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cleaning operations with an understanding of compliance, service standards, and operational best practice.
• People management experience with the ability to motivate and coach diverse teams across multiple sites.
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management, Health and Safety awareness and IT literacy.
• Ability to use own initiative to problem solve in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
