Job summary

Churchill Group in London is seeking a collaborative and people-focused Senior Contract Manager to oversee a team of five field-based Cleaning Area Managers and their portfolio of cleaning contracts across London.

You will lead strategic reviews, monitor KPIs, conduct site visits, drive improvements, and contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects while delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in facilities management (FM) or a related sector.
• Experience managing large portfolios with financial growth.
• Background in acquisitions and integrations, operational alignment.

We’re looking for acollaborative and people-focused Senior Contract Managerto oversee a team of Cleaning Area Managers and their portfolio of cleaning contracts across London.

In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of five field-based Cleaning Area Managers, helping them deliver excellent service while maximising contract performance. You’ll take a hands‑on approach—combining site visits with strategic planning—to ensure consistency, innovation, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.

You may also contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects across Churchill Group, sharing your operational expertise to help shape best practices across the wider team.

As Senior Contract Manager, you will:

• Lead strategic reviews with senior stakeholders through regular meetings.

As Senior Contract Manager, you will have:

• Proven leadership experience at senior management level within FM or a related sector.

• Strong people leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and building high-performing teams.


• Ability to drive strategic and operational improvements.


• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.


• Commercial awareness and a data-informed approach to decision‑making.
