Job summary

Churchill Services is seeking a collaborative and people‑focused Senior Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a key cleaning contract for our rail client. You'll lead and support a team of four Operations Managers and eight Duty Managers across 35 sites between London and Kent, delivering excellent service while maximising contract performance.

Location: Multiple sites between London and Kent
Salary: £££ competitive + company car or car allowance

We're looking for a collaborative and people-focused Senior Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a key cleaning contract for our rail client.

In this role, you'll lead and support a team of four Operations Managers and eight Duty Managers across their 35 sites between London and Kent, helping them deliver excellent service while maximising contract performance. You'll take a hands-on approach-combining site visits with strategic planning-to ensure consistency, innovation, and client satisfaction across your portfolio. You will work closely with the Account Director.

You may also contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects across Churchill Group, sharing your operational expertise to help shape best practices across the wider team.

As Senior Cleaning Operations Manager, you will:

• Support the Account Director and senior stakeholders with strategic reviews through regular meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics across contracts, identifying trends and opportunities.
