Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a collaborative Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a key rail cleaning contract between London and Kent. You will lead and support a team of two Duty Managers, driving service excellence while maximising contract performance.

This hands-on role blends site visits with strategic planning, ensures compliance and quality, and works with the Senior Operations Manager. You may contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects across Churchill Group.

Qualifications

Location: Multiple sites between London and Kent
Salary: £££ competitive + company car or car allowance

We're looking for a collaborative and people-focused Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a key cleaning contract for our rail client.

In this role, you'll lead and support a team of two Duty Managers across their rail sites between London and Kent, helping them deliver excellent service while maximising contract performance. You'll take a hands‑on approach-combining site visits with strategic planning-to ensure consistency, innovation, and client satisfaction across your portfolio. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager.

You may also contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects across Churchill Group, sharing your operational expertise to help shape best practices across the wider team.

As Cleaning Operations Manager you will:

• Support the Senior Operations Manager and senior stakeholders with strategic reviews through regular meetings.
