Rexel UK is seeking an experienced National Lighting Business Development Manager to grow our Lighting Design category across a defined territory. The role involves winning new category business, nurturing key customer relationships, and handing over projects to our design team for ongoing management.

You will present technical product solutions, provide guidance to customers and branches, and drive market insights back into the business while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience in the lighting designs arena.
• Working knowledge of Lighting Design software.
• Proven ability to develop a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Confident presenter and communicator with the ability to influence both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized and collaborative with branch networks and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a strong sales pipeline for the designated territory using market insight and customer engagement.
• Target existing customers to develop new Lighting Design projects.
• Present technical product solutions to customers, branches and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and branch colleagues.
• Communicate market trends and opportunities back into the business.
• Promote Rexel’s Lighting Design solutions and benefits.
