Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a National Business Development Manager to win and grow revenue from major customers in the Air Quality and Climate sector. This national role requires strategic sales leadership and a track record in account management and tender bids.

You will design and implement performance processes, collaborate with procurement, tenders, marketing and sales teams, and drive share of wallet across National Accounts with innovative solution selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales/contract management.
• Ability to lead tender bids, ensure profitability and ROI.
• Proven track record in developing major customers and partnerships.
• Strong communication and collaboration across procurement, tenders, marketing and sales.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement a performance management process for Air Quality & Climate Control to improve capability and growth.
• Develop and manage a national project portfolio to drive new business via relevant channels and decision makers.
• Collaborate with National accounts to increase share of wallet within major customers.
• Lead sales & marketing strategy to leverage Sunbelt Rentals solutions in Dust/Fume/Ventilation/Environmental Control sectors.
• Survey customer issues, design bespoke solutions and coordinate delivery with install teams.
• Coordinate training to boost product knowledge and awareness across sales channels.
• Align campaigns with new products and ensure effective collateral usage.
• Identify new markets and underpenetrated sectors and create traction plans.
