Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Business Development Manager of Power and Sustainability to drive our national sales strategy and strengthen customer relationships across Scotland and the wider region. You will shape growth plans, generate opportunities from existing clients and new markets, and lead initiatives to expand our Power, Clean Energy and Battery Storage offerings.

Qualifications

Experience in customer-focused role with ability to build relationships.
Previous experience in Power Rental and Sustainability sector.
Excellent planning and organising skills with time management.
Resilient in a pressurised environment.
Experience with Power, Clean Energy, Battery Storage Units and Energy Storage.
Effective communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
Ability to promote the Sunbelt Rentals brand and cross-sell products.
Proficient IT skills and ability to analyse data.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth plans to achieve national sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and new prospects.
Lead generation from existing base and new industries where equipment can be used.
Travel regionally and occasionally nationally to drive opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
