Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to cover London and surrounding regions, focusing on winning and growing revenue from major non-mechanical customers. You will work with sales, accounts, and marketing to implement commercial strategies that deliver high ROI and align with Sunbelt Rentals' objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management with large customers.
• Experience leading a sales team and driving revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and structure contracts.
• Experience writing tenders and bids for sizeable opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internal and external.
• Ability to collaborate across procurement, bids, marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a performance management process for the Non Mechanical Sales community to improve capability, call activity, portfolio and area growth.
• Develop and manage a National project and portfolio pipeline to drive new business growth through relevant sales channels and business sectors.
• Work with National accounts to promote and increase lifting share of wallet within National Accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and collateral with new products and services.
