Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ADHD operational team.
• Manage service mobilisation and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure CQC compliance, governance and quality standards.
• Oversee performance, rotas, reporting and SLAs.
• Work with ICBs, finance, BI and digital transformation teams.
• Drive service improvement and innovation.
• Lead recruitment, appraisal and performance management.
• Manage complaints, audits and service development.

Skills

Senior operational management experience

Mental health / ADHD service experience

Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams

Governance, CQC and quality improvement knowledge
