Restore plc is seeking a National Account Manager (Private Sector) to manage a portfolio of national accounts across Central England, Midlands or Northwest. This full-time role requires proactive account planning, regular stakeholder engagement and the ability to grow revenue while coordinating with operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B account management, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and growing B2B customer accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities (Essential).
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel (Essential).
• Full UK driving licence required (Essential).

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of national accounts, retaining and growing revenue.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular engagement and account reviews.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional Restore services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive account planning.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender responses where required.
• Keep CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts and reports accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with operational and support teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
