Job summary

Restore plc is recruiting a National Account Manager (Private Sector) to manage a portfolio of private sector accounts across Central England, Midlands or Northwest England. The role is full-time with a salary of £35k-£42k plus car allowance, and will involve regular engagement with customers, account planning and cross-team collaboration.

You will protect, retain and grow revenue by building strong stakeholder relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Experience managing and growing B2B customer accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of national accounts, retaining and growing revenue.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular engagement and account reviews.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional Restore services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive account planning.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender responses where required.
• Keep CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts and reports accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with operational and support teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
