Senior management sales experience, either selling nationally or managing a national team. Relevant backgrounds include Sales Manager, Sales Director, National Sales Manager, or Head of Sales. Experience in selling renewable and sustainable heating/cooling solutions such as HVAC, chillers, heat pumps, CHP, heat networks, ventilation, and controls into the built environment or building services industry is essential. Proven success in creating significant sales growth with national housebuilders or utility/energy providers is required. An entrepreneurial, flexible, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
