• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
• Conduct regular account review meetings to assess service performance, compliance requirements, and future opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and contract renewal.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for contract growth across maintenance, servicing, upgrades, and new installations.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote products and services.
• Maintain an active pipeline and deliver against revenue targets.
