Job summary

Kiwa Fire Safety Compliance is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable new business growth by identifying, shaping, and converting opportunities. This hybrid role is based in Aylesbury with frequent UK travel.

You will lead territory planning, generate new business, translate customer needs into tailored solutions with technical teams, and close deals while maintaining a strong pipeline and accurate CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy within the Fire Safety sector.
• Ability to apply pricing strategies to secure commercially viable deals.
• Understanding of contracts, risk, liability, and scope clarity.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting target industries.
• Ability to link services to regulatory and customer outcomes.
• Knowledge of testing, inspection, certification, and consultancy services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted territory plan and key accounts.
• Generate new business through multi-channel outreach and relationships.
