Job description

Job Title: National Account Coordinator (Internship)

The National Account Coordinator reports to the Head of E-Retail UK&I, working together to deliver the best ranges for our retail customers. This role involves managing administration and ensuring all systems are kept up to date. The coordinator will oversee the creation and maintenance of product catalogues for existing and new partnerships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the creation of products from inception to go-live, including catalogue maintenance.
  • Manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely processing in collaboration with Planning and Logistics.
  • Report and resolve potential issues, delays, or stock shortages to ensure prompt delivery to partners.
  • Manage the product catalogue, including silent switches and product restages, and communicate updates to partners.
  • Coordinate product launches, including item setup, imagery, and partner communications.
  • Resolve partner queries related to stock, pricing, forecasting, finance, or invoicing.
  • Maintain and update critical paths and reports, capturing sell-in/sell-out data accurately.
  • Maintain the company partner contact list and stay informed about competitor activities.
  • Coordinate product sample requests and support joint business plans.
  • Assist in organizing partner meetings and handling general administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong administrative experience, preferably within a commercial environment.
  • Passionate, results-focused, and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, with analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of commercial and financial principles.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with systems, processes, and challenging ideas constructively.

This is a 12-month internship with the potential to become permanent. The role is hybrid, based in London, with three days in the office each week.
