About the Company

I am recruiting for a market leader with over 30 years of experience, offering a bespoke and tailored service within the interiors industry. They are a platinum partner to a leading US manufacturer.

Position Overview

Due to growth and success, they are expanding their internal team and recruiting for an Account Coordinator to work in their state-of-the-art offices in High Wycombe.

This is an office-based position within the Sales Admin Team, supporting two Key Account Managers on all projects from enquiry to delivery and aftersales. It is suitable for someone with commercial furniture experience in an administrative or sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to an Account Manager from initial enquiry through to procurement and delivery.
  2. Raise POs, order products, and check acknowledgements.
  3. Liaise with the Account Manager, Design, and Installation teams throughout projects as needed.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge about their supply chain partner offerings through company-organized training and self-driven learning.
  5. Build and maintain good relationships with supply chain partners.
  6. Build and maintain good relationships with clients of your assigned Account Managers.
