Customer Account Coordinator - Merrell - 12m FTC

This role primarily exists to service Wolverine’s customers by providing customer focus, account management, and functional expertise, contributing to the European Customer Services vision. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service with integrity, enthusiasm, and drive.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver excellent customer service by exceeding expectations and actively improving service quality.
  2. Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining order records and updating customers on delivery statuses.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, understanding their needs and fostering trust.
  4. Represent the brand positively through a proactive and motivated approach.
  5. Collaborate across functions to solve problems and communicate effectively.
  6. Ensure all orders are processed in SAP within 24 hours, acknowledge forward orders within 48 hours, and update order statuses regularly.
  7. Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately, resolving issues efficiently.
  8. Manage account activities, monitor order progress, and communicate updates to customers and sales teams.
  9. Support account management by liaising with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams, and providing reports as needed.
  10. Follow company policies and guidelines, support team goals, and participate in training and development activities.
  11. Attend trade shows, visit customers, and act as an ambassador for the brand.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish (oral and written).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives.
  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or related fields is preferred.
