Overview

Nanny/mother’s help morning role with a young baby in Winchester, SO22. The family needs a nanny who will be in sole charge if needed, working Monday to Friday 7am to 11am (or later start). The baby will be 5 months at the start of the role.

Responsibilities

• Planning age-appropriate activities to encourage developmental milestones.
• Sanitising, nappy care and other nursery duties (children’s laundry, keeping children’s areas tidy).
• Sharing sleep training, weaning and wake window advice to encourage good sleep habits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Paediatric first aid certificate.
• Ideally a formal childcare qualification or suitable knowledge of the EYFS.

Required Certificates

• Up-to-date enhanced eDBS certificate registered on the update service.
• 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• Minimum of two professional referees (current or last employer contactable immediately).
