A leading community healthcare provider in Radford Semele is seeking a dedicated Named Nurse for Safeguarding to ensure the organization meets its responsibilities for safeguarding vulnerable individuals. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Safeguarding Team and managing Safeguarding Specialist Nurses. A minimum of three years of relevant experience and Level 2 safeguarding training are required. Competitive salary and benefits available.
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Named Nurse for Safeguarding to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective care across our services. In this key role, you will support the Safeguarding Team to ensure the organisation meets its contractual responsibilities to safeguard children, young people, and adults with care and support needs who access our services both directly and indirectly. You will work collaboratively with partner agencies, the wider safeguarding team, and colleagues across HCRG Care Group, promoting best practice, providing expert advice, and ensuring robust safeguarding processes are in place and consistently followed.
