Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual and automated processes across the VWG dealer network. You will support dealers and stakeholders with excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Excel and SAP, analysing data to resolve queries and manage dealer funding and credit facilities in line with compliance rules. Strong attention to detail and independent work across multiple processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently across multiple products, processes and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily assigned tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are completed and help with outstanding/complex queries.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or email.
• Manage daily processing and maintenance of dealer funding within associated systems.
