Job summary

Santander Group in Ipswich is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our branch team. The role is 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm.

You will be the friendly face and voice, listening to customers, resolving issues and guiding them through products and services. You will handle transactions, assist with queries in-branch or by phone, and continually seek ways to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face to face or telephony.
• Effective communication with customers to understand needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
• Building relationships and finding solutions
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
