Job summary

Mitie is seeking a proactive Workplace Operations Coordinator based in central Leeds, with regular cover across Manchester, Chester and Halifax. You will provide frontline operational support, coordinating reception, mail, AV, and meeting-room setups to ensure a seamless workplace experience for colleagues and visitors.

You’ll also assist with HR and payroll administration, recruitment, scheduling and audits, traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable customer experience in hospitality or a corporate workplace.
• A calm, confident and adaptable approach under pressure with prioritisation skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities

• Create workplaces that feel safe, seamless, professional and welcoming every day.
• Deliver a warm, professional reception service and assist visitors.
• Be the point of contact for queries, ownership through to resolution.
• Coordinate meeting-room and event-space setups and AV support.
• Manage day-to-day mail tasks and routing of mail.
• Support on-site teams across Leeds, Manchester, Chester and Halifax.
