Job summary

Mitie in London is seeking a Mobile Workplace Host to cover a portfolio of prestigious corporate workplaces across the London & South Region. The role is multi-site, 40 hours per week, with shifts between 6:30 am and 7:00 pm.

You will provide five-star hospitality, reception, workplace coordination and event support while ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their visitors. Travel between sites is required, and the role offers ongoing training, career progression and support in

• Able to travel between multiple sites regularly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Outlook, Teams and Word.

• Willingness to travel regularly between sites and work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief cover across portfolio of locations.
• Welcome visitors and colleagues with professionalism and warmth.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces; support workplace teams.
• Provide first-line support for meeting room and AV technology.
• Support mailroom, events coordination, switchboard and admin services.
