Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a Multilingual Operations Coordinator based in Warwick, with English, French and Italian fluency. The role supports Volvo Group customers across Europe, coordinating breakdowns and repairs while maintaining clear, proactive communication.

The position is hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with rotating shifts to cover a 24/7 service window. You will work closely with the Customer Support Manager and European Operations Coordinators to ensure timely resolutions

Qualifications

Fluent in English, French and Italian.
Experience in retail or customer service-facing roles.
Clear communication with customers and colleagues across Europe.

Responsibilities

Put the customer first and deliver the best possible service.
Take ownership of breakdown cases from start to resolution.
Handle calls from customers, dealerships and colleagues with clear updates.
Collaborate with dealer network and UK team for seamless service.
Apply creative problem-solving to unexpected challenges to achieve best outcomes.
Use Volvo systems and Microsoft tools, including case management.
