Job summary

Talogy in Hull, England is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Consulting Support projects from end-to-end. You will work with internal consultants and external clients to coordinate delivery, logistics, and communications, ensuring milestones are met.

The role requires fluent English and French, experience with PM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position in the UK with opportunities to support global projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment.
• Fluent English and French.
• PM certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based PM tools.
• Experience in talent management desirable.
• Ability to collaborate, multi-task and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Set up projects in OpenAir; manage tasks and hours.
• Coordinate client communications, logistics and sessions.
• Assist with invoicing and revenue recognition where needed.
• Coordinate materials, travel and accommodation for projects.
• QA and knowledge management across systems (OpenAir, Salesforce, SharePoint).
• Collaborate with global teams to support client projects.
