Volvo Group in Warwick is seeking a Multilingual Operations Coordinator (French and Italian) to join the Customer Support network. You will coordinate breakdowns and repairs across Europe, speaking English, French and Italian, and provide proactive, clear communication to customers and dealers.

The role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home) with salary up to £28,038 basic plus 16% shift allowance up to £32,524, and a range of benefits including pension, healthcare and employee assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, French and Italian.

Responsabilités

• Put the customer first and deliver the best possible service and solution.
• Take ownership of breakdown cases through to resolution.
• Take calls from customers, dealerships and colleagues with clear, timely communication.
