MSX International is seeking an Automotive Helpdesk Engineer to liaise with Dealership personnel, Team Leaders, Project Management and Customer Engineers on vehicle case histories, trends, and analysis. You will record data, participate in training, and handle various assignments as directed by leadership.

The role requires travel occasionally and includes a hybrid working model (2 days in the office). Fluency in French and English is essential, with customer service and automotive background

Formación

• Fluent in written and oral French and English (essential).
• Customer Service experience (advantageous).
• Engineering or automotive background (advantageous).

Responsabilidades

• Record data as required into a computer system.
• Participate in training / product information exchange with data sources for up to 4 weeks per year including overnight stays as required.
• Accept other assignments (equipment, literature, customer data systems, analysis, investigation, ISO9000, etc.) as directed by leadership.
• Write and circulate data to other Helpline Engineers / Project Management / Customer staff when necessary.
• Complete information for Company documentation (Travel Expense Reports, Corrective Action Requests, Timesheets).
• On an exception basis, make travel arrangements and any other ad hoc duties as required.
