Job summary

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of retail and/or distribution environments.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish or German is beneficial.
• Ability to create engaging written communications including briefs and articles.
• Proficient in graphic design, producing GIFs, posters, videos, and animations.
• Thorough knowledge of key creative software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and a logical thinker for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and write communications like emails and briefs free of errors.
• Generate original content ideas aligned with organizational goals.
• Tailor content to meet associate needs across European markets.
• Develop strategies to increase content visibility using various channels.

• Support maintenance of creative aspects of the WorkJam application.
