Your Role

• Install Solar PV and associated works.
• Identifying and rectifying roofing defects.
• Surveying and placing slates / tiles in isolated patches.
• Removing and replacing full roof coverings.
• Re-bedding and renewing hip and ridge tiles.
• Repairing and replacing lead valleys.
• Rebuilding chimney stacks and renewing chimney pots.
• Repairing mineral felt and asphalt flat roofs.
• Renewing lead flashing to chimneys and upstands.
• Liaising with customers and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and measurements.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 / 3 qualification.
• Proven competence in all aspects of roofing.
• Experience in domestic property maintenance, including high‑rise blocks.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Full UK driving licence, CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools.
