Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a leading housing association in the London – Walthamstow patch. This temporary contract offers 40 hours per week with pay of £25.45 umbrella per hour.

You will carry out responsive repairs across occupied social housing properties, diagnose faults, and provide a professional service to residents while meeting agreed timescales. A full UK driving licence and basic DBS are required; a company vehicle is provided.

• Strong multi-trade capabilities across domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence required.
