Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd are recruiting an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in and around Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The role covers day-to-day responsive repairs with a strong carpentry focus, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm and earning £20.99 umbrella per hour.

You will diagnose faults, complete carpentry tasks on doors, frames and timber fittings, carry out general maintenance and communicate effectively with

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry experience alongside additional multi-trade skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.
