Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract in North West London. You will carry out maintenance across multiple trades including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating in occupied and void social housing properties.

You'll work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a driving license and DBS check required; this contract is to perm after probation and includes a van and fuel card as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade skilled across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating.
• Valid UK manual driving license.
• DBS check to be completed at offer stage.

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £24.73/hour on UMB or £19/hour on PAYE
