Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join our painting-focused team, servicing Enfield and surrounding areas. The role offers a 39-hour week with a basic salary of £39,870 and bonus opportunities, including potential earnings up to £43,926.

You will perform painting and minor repairs in occupied homes, with carpentry and plumbing tasks as required. A UK driving licence is essential for a company van and fuel card provision.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 level in a relevant trade or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Carpentry skills and trade experience essential.
• Full UK driving licence essential for van-based role.

Responsibilities

• Undertake multi-trade work, mainly painting in occupied residential properties, plus minor repairs.
• Carry out joinery tasks, plumbing, plastering, flooring, tiling and general repairs as needed.
• Maintain safety and ensure documentation is completed at all stages.

The Multi Trade Role

• Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, specifically joinery, plus plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works.
• Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role. Must have carpentry experience
• Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
• Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade role, with a company van provided.
