• NVQ Level 2 or demonstrable skills in trades.
• Experience in residential maintenance and repairs is advantageous.

• Undertake multi-trade work—predominantly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repairs (joinery, plumbing, plastering, flooring, tiling).
• Ensure health and safety at all times and complete relevant documentation.

The Multi Trade Role

• Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works.
• Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
• Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
• Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade role, with a company van provided.
