Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our reactive repair team covering Coventry and surrounding areas. You’ll perform joinery, plumbing, tiling and other trades in occupied properties, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

A full UK driving licence is required, and NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade is preferred. We offer a competitive basic salary of £35,530 for a 39-hour week, with on target earnings up to £39,586 with bonus, overtime and call out, plus a

• Experience in domestic or social housing environments is desirable but not essential.

The Multi Trade Operative role:

What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:
