Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join our painting-focused team in Nottingham. You will perform multi-trade tasks in occupied residential properties, including painting, joinery, plumbing, plastering, flooring and tiling, while prioritising safety and compliance.

The role requires an NVQ 2 level or demonstrated equivalent, and a valid UK driving license for a company van. Competitive salary with bonus opportunities and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
• Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
• Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade role, with a company van provided.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works.
• Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
