Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. in Birmingham seeks a skilled Multi Trade Carpenter to join our painting-focused team serving the surrounding areas. The role covers multi-trade work in occupied residential properties, with duties including joinery, plumbing, plastering, flooring and tiling, while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• NVQ 2 level or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience in residential maintenance and repairs is advantageous.
• Full UK driving license is essential for the Multi Trade role with company van provided.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking multi trade work—mainly painting in occupied residential properties—plus minor repairs like joinery, plumbing, plastering, flooring and tiling.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and ensure relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

The Multi Traderole:

• Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling andgeneral repair works.
• Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
• Experience workingin residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
• Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Traderole, with a company van provided.
